The Saima T 2 B is a machine for the production of the classical Tortellini (Bologna type) with meat filling. Suited to small fresh pasta production. Also available in the T 3 B version with 3 punches for the “mignon” Tortellini.

- Frame in anodised aluminium with the base in stainless steel.
- Adjustable laminating rollers.
- Adjustable continuous feeder device with demountable hopper for easy cleaning.
- Tortellini forming group totally automatic.
