The Vortex CQC is the most versatile cooking and chilling system on the market. It is ideal for long and short pasta, rice, noodles, grains, pulses and legumes, potatoes and vegetables. If it can be cooked in a saucepan at home, it will be cooked equally well or better on a Vortex and delivered chilled to less than 3˚c.
